Brent T. Stoltenberg
Owner & CEO
With more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Brent brings extensive expertise, leadership, and a passion for exceptional residential construction. Holding a degree in Architectural Design and Building Construction, Brent began his career in Michigan, where he owned and operated a construction company specializing in remodeling before bringing his talents and experience to Florida.
As the visionary CEO of BTS Construction, Brent has continued to raise the standard for fine home building by combining superior craftsmanship, innovative design, and meticulous attention to detail. His diverse background includes serving as a Senior Project Manager for a large commercial construction firm and as Vice President of Operations for a prominent local high-end residential company.
Throughout his career, Brent has remained committed to delivering the highest level of quality and service to every client. His extensive industry knowledge, hands-on leadership, and dedication to excellence ensure that each BTS Construction project is thoughtfully executed and built to the highest standards.

Heather L. Stoltenberg
Office manager
With more than 12 years of experience in office administration and operations, Heather serves as the Office Manager at BTS Construction. Her organizational expertise and attention to detail play an essential role in ensuring the company operates efficiently and that both clients and employees receive the highest level of support.
Heather oversees a wide range of day-to-day administrative responsibilities, including coordinating with subcontractors, maintaining accurate records, and managing documentation within the company’s bookkeeping system. Her dedication, reliability, and ability to keep operations organized make her an invaluable part of the BTS Construction team.
Outside of work, Heather enjoys spending quality time with her husband and three children, as well as caring for and working on her farm. What she enjoys most about her role is creating organization and efficiency behind the scenes, helping ensure that everything stays on track and making each day easier for the team and their clients.
Samantha L. Weimer
Admin Assistant
With more than 10 years of experience in customer service, Samantha plays an integral role at BTS Construction, ensuring that every client feels welcomed, valued, and supported throughout the home-building process. Her dedication to exceptional service and strong attention to detail help create a seamless experience from the initial stages of a project through completion.
Samantha specializes in the behind-the-scenes aspects of construction, including permitting, inspections, and project coordination.
Outside of work, Samantha enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and 7 animals. What she enjoys most about her role is seeing the excitement and happiness on clients’ faces when they finally see their vision come to life. For Samantha, helping create that experience is one of the most rewarding parts of being a member of the BTS Construction team.

"Brent and BTS agreed to take on a revision job that few would attempt. We had two wood framed balconies which failed in 3 years that needed to be properly done in cast in place concrete. We ended up replacing 9 door systems and steel columns as well, since the existing units could not be salvaged. Yes, it was expensive and arduous, but the job was done correctly and beautifully.
